'' Sau khi tham gia chương trình J1 tại Mỹ để thực tập 1 năm ở khách sạn Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley, em đã quay lại Việt Nam với 1 profile CV cực kì tốt, em được offer các vị trí tại khách sạn của 1 tập đoàn danh tiếng tại Việt Nam. Thế nhưng, để tiếp tục phát triển con đường sự nghiệp của mình, em đã từ chối và quyết định ở lại Mỹ. Tuy nhiên, thay vì ở lại như những lời lôi kéo của bạn bè sau khi visa hết hạn, em chọn cách quay về Việt Nam và lựa chọn một cơ hội để phát triển học vấn của bản thân tại Mỹ bằng chương trình học thạc sỹ MBA ngành Hospitality của IDEA Asia. Quá trình đăng kí học chương trình này không bị trở ngại nào về mặt giấy tờ bởi có sự trợ giúp từ Cô và các anh chị; việc apply từ visa J1 sang F1 cũng chỉ mất 6 tháng. Em đang rất háo hức với cơ hội học tập mới này và cũng nhận thức được bản thân phải cố gắng nhiều hơn nữa để có thể vừa học tập kết hợp với thực hành tại khách sạn trong 2 năm tới ''

«Chào các bạn, mình tên Oanh. Còn bốn ngày nữa là mình đi thực tập trong bộ phận room divison của khách sạn Warwick Allerton Chicago rồi. Mình khá háo hức xen lẫn với hồi hộp về chuyến đi này. Mình tin là mình sẽ trưởng thành lên và học được vô cùng nhiều từ chuyến đi này. Nội dung của kì thực tập này của mình thú vị lắm. Ban đầu mình sẽ làm lễ tân sau đó là chăm sóc khách hàng. Vào 05 tháng cuối mình sẽ được học thêm kĩ năng quản lý từ chị giám sát nữa. Mình đã chuẩn bị xong hết và sẵn sàng lên đường.
Mình còn nhớ cách đây khoảng 04 hay 05 tháng khi bắt đầu làm hồ sơ, bạn Trân bên Nes đã hỗ trợ mình. Lúc đầu mình cũng không hi vọng nhiều, nghĩ là thôi tới đâu thì tới. Đôi khi hồ sơ của mình cũng bị chậm nhưng cuối cùng thì mình hài lòng hoàn toàn về kết quả. Nhờ vậy mà mình rất bình tĩnh chọn được khách sạn phù hợp với mình và mình thích nhất và đậu luôn. Khi phỏng vấn mình cũng run lắm, toàn cười vời cười thôi. Mình đậu cũng nhờ được tư vấn và tập luyện phỏng vấn từ phía cô Giang rất kĩ càng.
Ngày nhận được visa đi thực tập mới là ngày mình tin mình chính thức được đi nên tâm lý trước đó cũng bình thường thôi. Nhưng có visa rồi cũng hơi hoảng vì phải chuẩn bị nhiều thứ quá nhưng rồi cũng xong.

"After my internships at JW Marriott Phú Quốc, which has been absolutely beneficial for me, I decided to take my last internship abroad in the hopes that it would provide me with unique and memorable experiences. The J-1 program poses as a phenomenal opportunity for undergraduates to find such experiences in the U.S and launch their career to a higher level. Having my internship in the U.S would greatly help me gain exposure to new cultures, new practices and new standards that I could not find elsewhere in Vietnam, and with that, can exponentially elevate my capabilities, knowledge and possibility of reaching management levels in the future".

Hiện tại mình đang tham gia kì thực tập kéo dài trong 1 năm tại Jackson Hole Wyoming, US. Để có được cơ hội đến với kì thực tập này, mình đã được sự trợ giúp và hướng dẫn rất nhiệt tình của IDEA Asia. Mọi thứ từ vòng interview, phỏng vấn xin visa, thủ túc và các giấy tờ liên quan mình đều được hướng dẫn và hoàn thành thuận lợi và đúng thời hạn. Đối với giấy tờ và thủ tục bay, mình không gặp bất cứ khó khăn gì, mọi quá trình đều diễn ra rất đúng tiến độ. Khi tới thành phố Jackson Hole, mình không cảm thấy quá bỡ ngỡ hay lo sợ vì trước khi đi văn phòng đã hướng dẫn, dặn dò và có lưu ý cho mình rất nhiều thứ để mình dễ dàng thích nghi hơn. Và tiếp theo là quãng thời gian mình thích nghi với công việc và hoàn thành giấy tờ, nhân sự của khách sạn và văn phòng của IDEA Asia luôn theo sát để hỗ trợ cũng như đưa ra cho những cách giải quyết khác nhau. Mình rất cảm ơn sự hộ trợ và giúp đỡ của văn phòng. Mình cảm thấy rất yên tâm trong những ngày đầu mới tới và ngay cả khi mình đã và đang dần thích nghi được với công việc và cuộc sống ở thành phố mới, văn phòng vẫn luôn quan tâm và hỏi thăm mình. Mình cảm ơn IDEA Asia rất nhiều vì đã tìm ra cơ hội và giúp mình nắm bắt được cơ hội thực tập tốt như vậy!

Trải nghiệm ở Pháp trong 1 tháng sống và làm việc:
Khách sạn Mercure ở Saint Lary đóng cửa theo định kỳ nên tạm thời bọn em được chuyển đến Dax. Dax là một thành phố 20.000 dân mà ra đường thì cảm giác đến 90% là người trên 60 tuổi. Dễ hiểu thôi, vì ở đây hút khách bằng suối khoáng nóng. Phần nhiều người ta ghé qua là để nghỉ dưỡng và tắm nước khoáng đó. Hiện tại em và bạn Nhân chắc sẽ luân phiên đổi nhau từng tháng, một đứa làm phòng, đứa còn lại làm bếp. Tụi em vẫn vui vẻ chấp nhận bất kì việc gì, vì chỉ nghĩ đơn gian đó là cơ hội để tiếp xúc và nâng cao tiếng Pháp.
Theo em, Châu Âu là cái nôi nghệ thuật của thế giới, nếu bạn nào thực sự yêu thích nét văn minh đó, nó là lựa chọn tuyệt vời cho chuyến thực tập của mình,

"Being one of the most famous countries in the world for the hospitality industry, France has offered opportunities to many people not only locals but also from other countries. With that being said, after finishing my last year in university, I have chosen to spend my last internship at the hotel Mercure Sensoria in Saint-Lary Soulan, France with the help of IDEA Asia.
The internship program provides a 6-month period for students to go around the hotel from Room division, restaurant as well as culinary. It is ensured that the students will be able to learn the hotel’s operation as well as the French language with the great help of the establishment.
After a month of working in France, I have gained many experiences, insights about the country as well as the local people. The people in the hotel has been very generous, friendly and supported me with everything from work to daily activities".

"At the end of my senior year, I have the opportunity to experience and practice at the hotel Ibis Styles Albi Center le Theatro. During my 6-month internship, I have been given many opportunities to interact with the hotel’s organisation, from the rooms department, restaurant and specially the kitchen.
With the enthusiasm of the board of directors and also staffs, I could apply and enhencemy expertise effectively. More than that, this is an opportunity to discover and learn more about wine, cheese as well as typical French culture.
After 6 months, I returned to Vietnam to graduate with a bachelor's degree. Based on the constant efforts, I received an offer for working in France.
Currently, I am working in the kitchen department of the Ibis Styles Albi Center le Theatro and preparing for my master degree in France".

It was one of the most unforgettable memories I ever have in France. Fortunately, after the internship, I have been offered to sign a working contract for 10 months at the hotel which is seen as a good recognition to our professional profiles".
